The Wage and Salary survey provides employers throughout Central PA region with essential data. It includes detailed information on wages, salaries, compensation practices, and current labor market conditions.

2026 Survey Participation
The Manufacturers’ Association is pleased to invite manufacturers and employers throughout the south central Pennsylvania region to participate in the 2026 Wage & Salary Survey. This confidential survey compiles valuable data on wages, salaries, labor market conditions, compensation practices, and more, serving as a trusted benchmarking resource for businesses across the region.
How the Survey Works
The survey consists of two parts, both of which must be completed to receive a complimentary copy of the final report:
- Part 1: Hiring practices and workforce statistics
- Part 2: Detailed occupational data, submitted via a downloadable Excel spreadsheet returned by email to office@macentralpa.org
Submitting only one section is considered an incomplete participation; however, partial participants may still purchase the full report at a reduced rate.

Benefit & Employment Practices Survey
This offers you a complete look at the compensation offered by the region’s manufacturers and members. It compiles confidential data on employee benefits, including medical, ancillary coverage, insurance, paid time off, perks, and current HR policies.
Companies that participate and provide confidential data will receive the Benefits Survey Report free of charge. Members may access the report for $125.00, while non-members may access a copy of the report for $250.00.
Employee Retirement Survey
The Employee Retirement Report is compiled from manufacturers who provide their confidential information to us about contemporary practices regarding employee retirement savings programs.
This report is free for members and participants.
