Employer Education Foundation for Manufacturers
Invest in Your Workforce
Education Foundation Overview
The Employers’ Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, is dedicated to bridging the skills gap and building a world-class workforce for the manufacturing sector and your business. We actively partner with businesses, educators, students, and parents to facilitate career development.
By offering community programs and activities, we can support the training of our youth in manufacturing careers. Manufacturing is the largest employer in York County, with every new manufacturing job creating three additional jobs in other industries.
Your donations directly support our Youth Career and Pre-Apprenticeship Programs for middle and high school students. These provide critical pre-apprenticeship pathways, career information, and education for students, parents, and educators on everything someone needs to succeed in a modern manufacturing career.
