U.S. Navy Talent Pipeline ProgramOur nation faces a significant shortage of skilled trades workers, including welders, CNC machinists, electricians, electronics technicians, HVAC technicians, and other critical roles that keep our infrastructure and economy running.
Launched in 2021, the U.S. Navy Talent Pipeline Program (TPP) works with local organizations such as the Manufacturers’ Association to help you not only recruit talent but also reignite purpose, build resilience, and strengthen our workforce.
The program does more than just fill jobs; it shares best practices with Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) employers to transform their workplaces. In Central Pennsylvania, this guidance is provided through the Manufacturers’ Association, helping you develop programs that connect workers to meaningful, long-lasting careers.
