Lean Intro.-Apprentice

Course Description

This training series introduces Apprentice Students to  Lean principles, workplace organization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement strategies that drive operational excellence. Through interactive learning and hands-on activities, participants will gain practical tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, solve workplace challenges, and create greater value for customers.
