Course Description
Stress compounded with time management issues is the perfect storm for fatigue, burnout, and poor performance. Because many of life’s stressors come from not being organized and not spending enough time on the things that matter the most.
Objectives & Outline

- Understand the causes of stress in society and in one’s own life
- Examine the three stages of stress
- Distinguish between events inside and outside one’s control
- Identify effective Stress Prevention and Intervention strategies
- Set goals and prioritize daily tasks.
- Learn to communicate assertively; delegate, and manage conflicts
- Take time to eat right and exercise
- Reframe with Cognitive restructuring
