Course Description

SPC covers statistical methods to monitor and control a process for early detection and prevention of problems, rather than the correction of problems after they have occurred.

This course is designed to teach the participant to solve problems, reduce errors and improve customer service by examining a variety of problem solving and planning techniques applied to the production/manufacturing or service delivery process.
